About Inside Our Art Classes
We keep our classes quiet and focused, often using floor seating so students can get comfortable and concentrate on their boards just like they will during their state board exams. I personally walk around during every session to check work, correcting lines and teaching color mixing techniques right on the student's paper so they learn through immediate, hands-on practice.

Exam-Ready Preparation
For students preparing for the Elementary and Intermediate Grade Art Exams, we simulate exam conditions. We focus heavily on the four pillars of the Maharashtra State Board syllabus: Object Drawing (Still Life), Memory Drawing, 2D Design, and Plane Geometry. Classes run twice a week with a 1.5 to 2-hour duration to help students build the stamina and speed required for timed tests. We use professional still life models, including drapery and steel vessels, to help students understand shading, perspective, and composition.
Flexible Learning Options
We recognize that busy schedules in Mumbai can be a challenge.
- Offline: Our air-conditioned studio in Marol, Andheri East, provides a quiet, dedicated environment for students to focus.
- Online: We host live sessions on Google Meet that offer the same personalized feedback. My online students receive real-time corrections and digital visual aids to follow along step-by-step from home.
Beyond the Syllabus
It is not just about exams. We encourage creative ideation and medium mastery in oil pastels, poster colors, and watercolors. Every year, we host an annual exhibition at our Marol academy. It is a proud moment for students to see their work displayed and receive prizes, which acts as a great motivator.
