We do not do factory-style catering, so we limit our festival orders to ensure every modak and batch of Undhiyu maintains that 'made-at-home' quality. Because we prepare everything fresh in our kitchen in Doddagubbi, we recommend booking your festive spreads at least a few days in advance to ensure we have a slot for you.
Our kitchen at Sanshreefoods focuses on 'bhakti', which is food made with devotion. Whether it is our slow-cooked Undhiyu for Makar Sankranti or delicate Modaks for Ganesh Chaturthi, we prioritize the traditional slow-cooking methods that mass catering often skips.
