A look inside the Sameeksha embroidery studio
My studio in Koramangala is more than a workspace, it is a calm sanctuary where I preserve heritage stitches and find quiet through the meditative art of hand embroidery.

About Welcome to Sameeksha Studio
When you walk into my studio in Koramangala, you will notice the quiet focus and the absence of rush. I pay close attention to the technical details, like ensuring the reverse side of a piece looks just as clean as the front. Whether you are coming to learn a new technique or just need a mindful break from your screen, the space is set up to help you slow down and find joy in the stitch.
My studio is a place where tradition meets quiet creativity. It is designed to be a sanctuary in the middle of busy Koramangala, offering a space where you can leave behind the noise of daily life. The walls are lined with framed embroidery art and tools that have seen years of practice, serving as a reminder of the heritage I preserve here.
I do not just hold classes, I host a community. From 25 plus styles of hand embroidery, including the intricate Kasuti of Karnataka, to my embroidery social club, everything is geared toward skill-building and relaxation. The lighting is adjusted for fine needlework, and you have access to a library of design books that date back decades.
If you are planning to host an event or workshop, the space is open for that too. It is bright, airy, and welcoming to anyone who values the handmade process. You will find that coming here is as much about the company as it is about the craft. Whether you are a total beginner who has never held a needle or someone looking to refine your technique, you are welcome to sit, stitch, and share a cup of tea.
