Authentic Documentary Wedding Photography Moments
Beyond the staged rituals, these are the unplanned moments that stay with us. A collection of real stories and honest laughter from weddings across the country.
Bhakti and Pratham after their sunset pheras, showered with confetti. This joyful moment captures the celebration and happiness of being newly married.
A close-up of Priyangi and Kishan holding hands. The detail of her intricate mehendi and his watch tells a story of their connection and individual styles.
Alya and Shivaan soar during their first dance, under a sky of starry lights. This romantic and dynamic shot captures the magic of the moment.
A collage showing Shivaan's playful reaction to a sindoor mishap. Their shared laughter turns a small mistake into a funny and memorable moment.
A close-up of Nishna and Armaan holding hands. These small gestures of connection, often missed in the larger celebration, are what we look for to tell the intimate story of a couple.
The bride, Nishna, shows off her simple and elegant mehendi. Her happy face says it all, a beautiful portrait of a bride enjoying her wedding festivities.
Nishna and Armaan play the shoe game, a fun and interactive part of their celebration. It’s a great way to capture candid reactions and laughter.
Jubin Nautiyal performs at Khushboo and Varddan's engagement, with the couple enjoying the music. The energy of a live performance adds an incredible atmosphere to any celebration.
The bride's mother walks across a marigold-lined bridge to the temple to prepare for the haldi ceremony. This quiet, solitary moment of preparation is a beautiful part of the wedding story.
Aayush puts a ring on Saanya's finger during their engagement. The soft light and their happy expressions make this a classic and beautiful ring ceremony shot.
About Additional Work
We do not scout for perfect lighting or ask you to hold poses. Our process is about blending into the chaos. Whether it is a spontaneous dance, an unexpected tear during the pheras, or quiet conversations behind the scenes, we wait for these genuine interactions to happen naturally. When we photograph you, we are not directing a script; we are witnessing a memory.
Our work relies on a documentary approach. We believe the real story of a wedding does not happen during the photo shoot, but in the gaps between the rituals. When we capture a baraat or a haldi ceremony, we are not looking for the most perfect pose. We are looking for the story.
The Leica Perspective
We shoot using Leica systems, which allows us to stay small, quiet, and unobtrusive. Because we are not carrying massive setups or directing you to 'look here, smile there', we can move closer to the action without being noticed. This is how we get those intimate glances or the raw, messy joy of a celebration.
Why We Limit Our Work
We only accept a dozen weddings a year. This is a deliberate choice. It ensures that when we arrive at a venue in Udaipur, Jaisalmer, or Goa, we are fully present. We are not rushing to the next event. We have the time to get to know your family, understand the inside jokes, and build the rapport that makes these candid moments possible.
What We Look For
Our favorite images often come from things that are easy to miss. A look between the couple, a grandmother laughing at a specific ritual, or the dust and chaos of a dance floor. We value the imperfection because it is human. If you are looking for someone to document your wedding day as it actually felt, rather than how it was staged, let us know.
