The Journey Back to You
Healing isn't a straight line. It is the messy, beautiful process of coming home to yourself. If you are feeling heavy or just need a pause, this space is for you to breathe and begin again. ✨
This video shares the core of my philosophy. While doing my makeup, I talk about the internal glow up, the process of overcoming self-doubt, and the constant practice of choosing yourself. It’s a reminder that you are not broken, you are becoming.
This is what learning to love yourself looks and feels like. It's about finding joy in your own company and embracing the freedom that comes with healing and rediscovering your life.
A powerful shift happens when you decide to stop settling for "almosts" in life. This is a celebration of that moment of empowerment and the visible happiness that follows when you honor your own worth.
Sometimes the most powerful act of self-love is simply showing up for yourself. Whether it's for a big event or just for the day ahead, getting ready can be a beautiful ritual of self-respect.
This quote is a powerful truth I hold close. The deepest connections are with those who make you feel seen, heard, and understood. This is the kind of supportive energy I strive to create in my practice.
The journey back to yourself is not always easy, but it is always worth it. This is a quiet moment of reflection on the path of self-discovery and inner healing.
About My Philosophy: The Journey Back to You
This isn't about fixing a version of yourself that you think is broken. When we work together, I use the sound bath to create a physical pause for your nervous system. Whether you join a group session in my Delhi studio or we dive deeper in a private consultation, we focus on moving through the emotions you have been carrying, not just ignoring them. You do not need to be at rock bottom to show up for yourself.
Why I hold space for your growth
Most of us are running on autopilot. We push, we perform, and we ignore the burnout until it gets too loud to ignore. My approach to this journey isn't about traditional therapy or generic advice; it is about somatic release and reconnecting with your own reality.
My Sound Healing Approach
In my studio, I use a 7-piece Tibetan singing bowl set and a 20-inch wind gong. It acts as an acoustic reset for the mind.
- For the Group: A casual space to decompress and release the week's mental noise.
- For the Private Sessions: We go deeper. We start with 15 to 20 minutes of active listening, then use targeted vibrational therapy and aromatherapy (lavender/sandalwood) to help shift stubborn emotional blocks.
It is a process, not a destination
I am not a guru on a pedestal. I am just someone who learned that feeling 'off' is not a failure—it is a signal. Whether we are doing a group bath to clear the week’s stress or a private session to re-align your chakras, the goal is always the same: giving you permission to slow down and listen to what your soul actually needs.
What to expect: No judgment, dim lights, and a safe space to be exactly as you are. All props like mats and cushions are provided, so you just need to show up.
