My Sound Healing Practice

This is a look into the core of my work. In each session, I use a combination of Tibetan singing bowls and a large gong to create an immersive sound bath that helps you reach a state of deep relaxation. My training at the Himalayan Academy of Sound taught me how to use these vibrations to help release anxiety and emotional overwhelm in a calm, non-judgmental environment.
