About Our Training Programs

We do not sell shortcuts. Our programs are built on a progressive curriculum, starting with the fundamentals of stance and guard before moving to technical combinations and conditioning. Whether you choose our monthly group batches or commit to a year-long transformation, you train under the same NIS-certified experts who have competed at national and international levels.

Our Approach to Training

Boxing is a discipline that requires patience and consistency. We have structured our training into distinct tiers so you can find the path that matches your goals.

Monthly Group Access Perfect for those building a consistent routine. With a cap of 16 sessions per month, you get floor supervision from our coaches, focusing on boxing fundamentals, cardio conditioning, and learning to work a heavy bag correctly. This is a high-energy environment, not a luxury club; expect a fan-cooled training floor where the work is the priority.

Transformation Programs (6-Month & 1-Year) These are for those who want serious, measurable results. We incorporate advanced drills like pendulum footwork, resistance band punches, and specific sparring sessions. We track your progress, weight, and diet to ensure you are moving toward your transformation goals.

1-on-1 Elite Training If you need specific focus—whether it is recovering from an injury, preparing for a fight, or just wanting undivided attention on your technical pad work—this is your best option. You get 60 minutes of private time with a senior coach to refine your technique without the distractions of a group.

For Kids & Women We run specialized programs that cater to specific needs. Our kids' academy builds motor skills and confidence in a safe, disciplined setting. Our women's self-defense sessions focus on technique and empowerment, providing a comfortable space for you to build real strength.
