Interactive Speaking, Facilitation & Collaboration Sessions
I lead sessions that move beyond standard lectures, focusing on interactive dialogues about emotional well-being, mindfulness, and communication for your community.
Here I am at the 'Growing Minds Conference' in Canada, hosted by an organization dedicated to children's mental health. I was inspired by their focus on prevention rather than cure. It reinforced my determination to bring wellness to children and youth by equipping them with tools for emotional regulation early in life.
Attending the 'Growth Gala' for Strong Minds Strong Kids, an organization celebrating 50 years of work in youth mental health. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of creating nurturing environments and safe spaces for children. Investing in them today ensures they become balanced, self-aware adults tomorrow.
The crux of any great conversation is to make the other person feel that they matter. Here I am interviewing the insightful Gurasis Singh for my show on Red FM Toronto. The most satisfying part of hosting is creating a space where my guests feel safe to open up and often discover new dimensions to their own stories.
After leading a journaling workshop at Northeastern University, pictured here with one of the organizers. It is always a joy to connect with students and share the tools of writing for wellbeing. My goal is to help them see journaling as a way to navigate their journey, long after the workshop is over.
I hosted this masterclass on Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching with Krishna Prakash, founder of Shrimath Yoga. It was less of a class and more of a dialogue, exploring the role of a coach's 'being' and how spirituality unfolds in a coaching conversation. I believe coaching is a spiritual journey of awakening and growth.
About Speaking, Facilitation & Collaborations
Whether it is a university workshop or an organizational dialogue, I don't believe in the 'sage on the stage' model. I focus on creating a 'sootradhar' space where we prioritize listening over lecturing. If you are looking for a facilitator to spark genuine conversation about emotional well-being or communication—rather than just checking a box—let’s talk about your group's specific needs.
My approach to facilitation is rooted in the belief that true learning happens in the gaps between what is spoken and what is felt. I do not come with a list of answers; I come with questions that help your group uncover its own wisdom.
How we can work together
For Colleges & Institutions I guide students through interactive workshops on the power of journaling, emotional regulation, and navigating the stresses of young adulthood. It is about equipping students with tools for self-reflection that they can carry forward, long after the workshop ends.
For Organizations & Teams We treat communication as a tool for connection rather than a simple exchange of information. We explore themes like intercultural communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence through structured, safe dialogues. My goal is to create an environment where participants feel heard, not just informed.
Collaborations & Dialogues I often partner with other experts to host deeper conversations on topics that matter. A recent focus has been on exploring the intersection of Spiritual Intelligence and professional coaching—looking at how the 'being' of a leader impacts the work they do.
If your community or team is craving a space where they can be vulnerable, reflective, and genuinely heard, let’s explore how we can curate an experience that supports your specific goals.
