About My Journey as a National Karate Athlete

People see the medal, but they do not see the five years of consecutive state-level wins or the mental preparation required to fight at the Asian Championship in China. Real karate is not about looking cool in a gi. It is about the physics of an Ippon, the speed of your reaction, and the strategy of controlling a match when your lungs are burning. I bring this exact intensity and science-backed approach to every training session I lead.
