About New Construction Sites
When I start a new site, the first thing I focus on is the 'neenv' (foundation). I use Fe-550 steel and 43-grade cement because the structural bones of your home are the one thing you can never fix later if they are done wrong, so I keep the progress at these active sites completely open for you to inspect.
Building a home in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR is a big commitment, and I know the biggest fear is not knowing what is happening behind the walls. That is why I share updates from my live sites. Whether it is the RCC columns, the brickwork, or the slab casting, you get to see exactly what goes into the 'dhaancha' (structure) of your house.
