An inside look at our training at RSA Basketball Academy, featuring intensive drills, focus on mental grit, and the path from beginner to competitive athlete.

We believe in pushing limits through challenging, time-based drills. Here, I am setting up a high-intensity drill for our players, focusing on lay-up shots and passing under pressure to build both speed and accuracy on the court.

We are incredibly proud of our dedicated players. Here is our trainee, Priyanshi J., holding her certificate after representing Delhi state in the Under 16 Girls National Championship. Her hard work is an inspiration to everyone at the academy.

Basketball is as much about mental focus as it is about physical skill. We incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into our training, seen here during an outdoor session at Noida Stadium, to improve flexibility, balance, and on-court concentration.

Our evening sessions are about high-energy, full-court drills under the lights. This video shows a complex drill involving defensive slides, offensive transitions, rebounding, and cone slaloms to improve game-time decision making and overall conditioning.
