About Themed Birthday Parties
I personally handle every setup, from the initial theme discussion to the final balloon arrangement. Whether it is a 10ft jungle backdrop or a specific neon-lit birthday signage, I make sure the lighting and cutouts look exactly like what we planned. You focus on the party and the cake cutting, and I handle the stress of the setup to make sure it looks perfect.
Bringing Your Theme to Life
At RR Events, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all decorations. Whether your child wants a Jungle Safari adventure, a whimsical Butterfly paradise, or a magical Mermaid party, I build the decor around the theme.
What Goes into the Setup
My setups are designed to be photo-ready and fun. Typically, this includes:
- The Backdrop: A sturdy 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 8ft structure featuring high-definition printed flex or pastel curtain drapes.
- The Details: I use large character cutouts, 'ONE' marquee letters, and plinths for the cake display to make the main stage stand out.
- Balloon Art: I create organic balloon arches using a mix of metallic, pastel, or chrome balloons to match your chosen colour palette.
How I Work
I am always on-site for the setup. If that means staying up late to fix the lights or ensuring the character placement is just right, I do it. I work across Bengaluru, from Yelahanka to across the city, and I am happy to travel within Karnataka if you need me.
