When we invite you to dine, we are not just opening a kitchen. Chef Vivek and the team operate on a strict rule: if we cannot trace where an ingredient came from or how it was grown, it does not make it to your table. That means the khara masala in your pâté or the ingredients in your mocktail have a backstory just as rich as the one you are creating during your event.

The magic at Roxie is a joint effort. Chef Vivek and our culinary team view their kitchen as a place of constant evolution, where global recipes meet Indian roots.
