About Meet the Curators: Our Chefs & Alchemists
When we invite you to dine, we are not just opening a kitchen. Chef Vivek and the team operate on a strict rule: if we cannot trace where an ingredient came from or how it was grown, it does not make it to your table. That means the khara masala in your pâté or the ingredients in your mocktail have a backstory just as rich as the one you are creating during your event.
The magic at Roxie is a joint effort. Chef Vivek and our culinary team view their kitchen as a place of constant evolution, where global recipes meet Indian roots. They are not just cooking; they are having a conversation with the food. Every dish, whether a fusion puffizza or a hearty main, is designed to be shared and discussed.
Then there is the bar. Our mixologists do not just pour drinks; they are keepers of the mansion's secrets. With 16 house-brewed beers on tap and a cocktail list that refuses to be boring, they balance the complexity of the kitchen with liquid creativity. They make sure that whatever you are celebrating, be it a milestone birthday or a quiet team catch-up, the glass in your hand feels just as intentional as the food on your plate.
