When kids step onto the floor for a solo, it is not just about memorizing steps. It is about building confidence they carry outside the studio. We focus on letting them find their own rhythm, whether it is a high-energy Bhangra beat or a freestyle routine, which helps them lose that initial stage fright before they even realize it.
Fitness for children is often misunderstood as a strict regimen. At our studios in Vikas Puri and Paschim Vihar, we flip the script. We teach kids that movement is a form of expression.
