From Concept to Reality: Restaurant Design Transformations
We believe in full transparency. This collection tracks our journey from the initial 3D concept renders to the finished, built environment of the commercial spaces we design in Bengaluru.
This before-and-after reel captures the complete transformation of Pincode 24. We started with a bare industrial shell and meticulously added each layer of design, from structural elements to the final decor, to create a fully realized hospitality space.
Another look at the transformation process, focusing on the interior. Witnessing the space evolve from a construction site to a bustling restobar with finished walls, custom furniture, and atmospheric lighting is the most fulfilling part of our work.
The first look we shared of our concept for the 7500 sq ft all-day bar. This animated render provided our client with a virtual walkthrough, showcasing the planned ambiance, lighting scheme, and spatial flow before construction began.

- Zoning and Layout: We start with the math. Before thinking about decor, we ensure the floor plan maximizes service flow and table density, which is critical for F&B profitability.
- Technical Coordination: Our 3D renders aren't just for show. They allow us to coordinate electrical circuits, plumbing for bar machinery, and exposed HVAC ducting ahead of time. This prevents costly changes during construction.
- Material Fidelity: When we plan a feature like a terracotta jaali wall or custom shelving, we detail it for fabrication first. We make sure the aesthetic vision works with the available materials and site constraints.
