Theory only takes you so far. In this module, we strip back the glam to focus on the actual business of fashion. You will sit through sessions on SWOT analysis, pricing models, and brand positioning—the same frameworks I used to scale my studio. We do not just talk about it; we apply these tools to your personal brand ideas during live mentorship sessions.

Starting a fashion business involves more than just a great eye for design. It requires a solid plan. In this 3-month program, we move from the basics of fashion illustration to the complexities of running a business.
