My Approach to Strong, Sustainable Fitness

Fitness is not about shrinking yourself for a deadline. It is about building a body that can handle life. Here is how I combine strength training, real food, and cycle-aware coaching to help you get strong for real.

This is my story. In 2017, I was dealing with bad skin, irregular cycles from PCOD, and was stuck on restrictive diets. By 2023, through strength training and balanced nutrition, I took control of my hormonal health and my life. I know what it's like because I've lived it, and I can show you the way through.

This is a shoutout to every woman lifting heavy weights, eating carbs, and working out to get stronger, not just skinny. My coaching is about building you up and teaching you to take up space, because that's where true power and hormonal balance are found.

Women need iron, and I'm not talking about the vitamin. The barbell teaches us to be strong, to take up space, and to see food as fuel, not sin. This is how we unlearn the bullshit diet culture has taught us and build bodies that are powerful and resilient.

You can do all the workouts and eat all the healthy food, but you're not truly healthy until you figure out what's going on in your head and heart. My approach is holistic, focusing on your mental and emotional well-being just as much as the physical.

There is so much bullshit fitness advice out there, especially for women with hormonal issues. Fasted cardio, fearing carbs, or thinking you can't squat deep are myths designed to keep you small. I cut through the noise with science-backed, practical methods that actually work.

In an era of '75 Hard' and other quick-fix challenges, I champion moderation and consistency. Health isn't a short-term project for a wedding; it's a lifelong practice. We build habits that last 365 days a year, not just for a few weeks.

The picture on the left is me before I found strength training. The picture on the right is me after I committed to getting stronger, not smaller. This transformation wasn't about a quick diet; it was about building sustainable habits that changed my body and my life.

About Featured

Most people come to me after failing at restrictive challenges or extreme calorie deficits. The first thing we do is not a workout, but unlearning the idea that you need to starve to see results. Whether we are in my Whitefield studio or working over my app, my priority is fixing your hormonal health, not just chasing a number on the scale.
