I do not just cover songs, I re-compose them for the sitar. Whether it is a lo-fi Bollywood track or a cinematic theme like 'Game of Thrones,' I identify the raga that captures the exact emotional frequency of the original. We then build the live production around that, balancing the acoustic soul of my custom Rikhi Ram instrument with the punch of modern percussion or backing loops to ensure the energy stays right for your crowd.
My goal is to make ancient music relevant to a new generation, without stripping away its depth. This isn't background music; it is a live experience designed to connect. Technically, I am meticulous. I perform on custom-crafted sitars built by my father, Sanjay Rikhiram, and I work with Tier-A accompanists to ensure the sound is crisp.
