About Agility, Mobility & Recovery

These drills aren't just for show. When you see our students using agility ladders or hurdles, they are training their nervous systems for the split-second changes required in sports like Kabaddi or sprinting. Proper hip mobility is not optional, it is the difference between setting a personal best and suffering a pulled hamstring.

At Risers Academy, I focus on the mechanics that hold your performance together. You can have the engine of a sprinter, but without mobility, you will eventually break down. My sessions integrate dynamic stretches, hurdle drills for hip range, and recovery protocols that actually work.

We use medicine balls and ladder drills to build the stability required for explosive movements. Whether you are prepping for the 1600m run or technical field events like Shotput, your body needs to handle the load. I don't believe in just training hard. You must train smart.
