Yoga & Mindfulness Classes for Kids
Give your child a break from screens and let them discover focus and flexibility. Our sessions balance fun movement with quiet, mindful moments in our Koramangala studio.
This video shows a peaceful meditation session with our summer camp kids. We guide them through simple breathing exercises in a circle, helping them learn to focus and be present.
Our kids' yoga class is all about exploring what their bodies can do. Here, they are practicing poses like headstands with wall support, building strength and confidence safely.
We start some of our mornings with yoga on the rooftop. It's a wonderful way for the kids to stretch, breathe, and find a little bit of calm and focus before a day full of activities.
About Yoga & Mindfulness
We don't just ask kids to sit still. Our sessions often start with high-energy movement to burn off excess steam, then gently transition into breathing exercises and rooftop yoga so they learn how to naturally settle down and focus, even if they have tons of energy to begin with.
Finding a balance for kids is tough, but we have made it our mission to make it fun. Our Yoga and Mindfulness program in Koramangala is designed to help children develop concentration, improve flexibility, and manage stress in a way that feels like play rather than a chore.
Why it works
We use a mix of environments. Our indoor studio on Nanjappa Reddy Layout is great for focused meditation and asana practice, while our rooftop sessions give the kids that much-needed fresh air and space. By alternating between these, we keep the kids engaged and interested.
What to expect
Each session is kept small so we can provide personal attention. We focus on:
- Building strength: Through age-appropriate poses and stretches.
- Breath awareness: Teaching kids simple techniques to calm down when they feel overwhelmed.
- Focus & Balance: Using yoga to help with their posture and overall coordination.
Whether your child is hyperactive or just shy, our goal is to help them feel more comfortable in their own skin. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space where they can be themselves, learn something new, and make friends.
Rhythmic Feet
I'm Julie, and at Rhythmic Feet, we treat every child like our own family. We make yoga feel like a game, so the kids actually look forward to finding their zen after a long day of school.
