About Creative & Themed Shoots
Every theme I build requires prep, so I recommend booking at least two weeks before your desired date to secure the slot. You do not need to stress about outfits or props because my Chembur studio is fully stocked with everything from costumes to backdrops. Just bring your baby and their favorite snacks for those quick energy boosts.
When planning a themed session, my goal is to blend your vision with my props to create something that feels authentic to your child's personality. My Chembur studio is equipped with everything from boho floral setups to festive backdrops for Janmashtami and Navratri.
I often get asked about the best age for these sessions. While sitter sessions around six months are perfect for elaborate setups because babies are stable, I also style one-year-olds for cake smashes and creative adventures. If you have a specific fantasy in mind, like a space mission or a cowboy journey, I suggest we chat about it in advance to coordinate the costumes and staging.
Practical details matter for these shoots. Themes involve quick changes and different props, so I schedule ample time for breaks, feedings, and soothing. If your little one gets restless, we pause. I rely on simple tricks and sounds, often calling out 'Dekh idhar dekh' to catch their attention. Every high-resolution digital image you receive from these sessions is hand-edited to ensure the colors of the props and the magic of your baby's expression stand out.
