My Til Laddoos are made with unpolished white sesame seeds and jaggery. Sesame seeds are a rich source of calcium and are especially beneficial for women's health in winter.
These are Methi (fenugreek) Laddoos, which are excellent for lactating mothers and elderly people for strengthening bones. I make them in a way that they don't taste very bitter.
Flaxseed Laddoos are packed with health benefits and omega-3s. This batch was made for a client taking healthy treats abroad for her family.
These are Yellow Moong Daal Laddoos, a healthy and delicious option. Moong daal is rich in protein and fiber, and these laddoos are made with less ghee.
A variation made with Green Moong Daal and jaggery. These laddoos are packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, supporting weight management and heart health.

I make these laddoos specifically to order, so you can tell me exactly how you like your texture—whether you prefer your Methi or Moong Daal laddoos softer for elders or with a bit of a crunch. Since I use no preservatives, I prepare every batch fresh just before delivery, ensuring that homemade taste reaches your table exactly as intended.
When I started making these, my goal was to bring back the nutritional density of traditional snacks without the bitterness or heaviness often associated with them. Seed and dal-based treats are powerhouses of health, especially when prepared with patience.
