These are my Bajra (Pearl Millet) Laddoos, a gluten-free winter delicacy. Bajra is a wonderful millet that helps with digestion, blood sugar control, and bone strength.

My Sattu Laddoos are made from roasted gram flour, a great source of plant-based protein and fiber. They have a low glycemic index and are excellent for sustained energy.
A modern, healthy twist: Oats Makhana Laddoos. I combine the goodness of oats with protein-packed makhana (fox nuts) and dry fruits, sweetened with jaggery.
These are Rajgira (Amaranth) Laddoos, a popular gluten-free option, especially during Navratri fasting. They are light, nutritious, and aid in digestion.
My Multi-Millet Laddoos are made from a high-quality flour blend of Ragi, Bajra, Jowar, and Soyabean. I made these for a client's choosy son, and he loved them.

I prepare every batch of these laddoos only after you place your order, using traditional slow-roasting techniques. Because I don't keep pre-made stock, you get to customize exactly how you want them: choose your preferred sweetener—whether jaggery or dates—and adjust the texture if you need them softer for children or elders.
