Traditional Barfis and Paks Made Fresh
I bring you the nostalgic taste of authentic Barfis and Paks. From my signature grain-textured Mohanthal to crispy Sukhdi, every piece is slow-cooked in pure ghee without any shortcuts.
Adadiya Pak is a traditional Gujarati winter sweet made with urad flour, ghee, dry fruits, and jaggery. It's very healthy and gives warmth to the body.
Three boxes of Adadiya Pak, generously garnished with pistachios. It's rich in calories and nutrients, ideal for kids and elders in winter.

Gur Papdi, also known as Sukhdi, is a traditional Gujarati sweet made with whole wheat flour, pure ghee, and jaggery. It's crispy yet melts in your mouth.

About Traditional Barfis & Paks
You can customize the texture and ingredients for every box. If you're ordering my Gur Papdi or Adadiya Pak for kids or elders, just let me know if you want the almond topping ground finer or left out completely. I prepare every order fresh, so you get the exact flavor profile you want.
Why Traditional Matters
I don't believe in shortcuts or pre-made mixes. My Barfis and Paks are born from recipes that focus on time and patience. Whether it is the slow-roasting of besan for my Mohanthal to achieve that signature danedaar (grainy) texture, or the careful balance of spices in an Adadiya Pak for winter, I follow the traditional way of cooking.
Freshly Prepared for You
Because I work from home and make everything only after receiving an order, you won't find stock lying on a shelf. This means your sweets arrive as fresh as they would if you made them in your own kitchen.
Customization Options
- Texture & Toppings: Not a fan of chopped nuts in your Gur Papdi? I can easily grind them or make it plain.
- Sweeteners: I offer flexibility with refined sugar or chemical-free jaggery (gur) depending on your health preferences.
- Dietary Needs: My winter specials like Adadiya Pak are packed with healthy fats and spices, perfect for recovery or a nutritious snack, but I can adjust sweetness levels to suit your palate.
Everything is packed in clean, food-grade boxes, making them suitable for casual snacking at home or as thoughtful gifts for friends and family across Mumbai.
