We believe in reading the land before laying a single brick. Our approach to township design focuses on creating walkable, nature-integrated communities where the landscape is the foundation, not an afterthought.

The swimming pool area is designed as a tranquil oasis within the community. Surrounded by lush planting and overlooked by the residences, it serves as a central point for relaxation and social interaction.

Tiered seating and informal gathering spots are integrated into the landscape, creating an amphitheater-like space for community events or quiet moments. The design uses level changes to create diverse and engaging pockets within the courtyard.

Even functional areas like parking are thoughtfully designed. Here, a basketball court and play area are integrated into the site plan, providing active recreational zones for residents of all ages.

The entrance plaza for the Shilpa Ratna project was conceived as more than a pathway; it is a community hub. The tiered amphitheater-style seating encourages spontaneous social interaction and transforms the space into a lively gathering point.

For the KMYF Rehabilitation Center, the site plan was a critical challenge. This bird's-eye view shows how we organized the building, parking, and a large public swimming pool on an irregular plot to create a functional and accessible community asset.
