About Our Champions in the Making
You don't reach the podium by just showing up to the pool. My training sessions at the Padukone-Dravid Centre are not just about laps; they are about granular technical correction. We analyze every movement—from your drag and body position to your finish touch at the wall. Whether you are aiming for district medals or national trials, the routine is intense and designed to build race-ready muscle memory.
Building Competitive Swimmers
At Dolphin Aquatics, we treat every training session as preparation for competition. Being an ASCA-certified coach means I do not believe in shortcuts. My 'Weekday Intensive Training' program is specifically for those who want to move beyond recreational swimming and into the competitive space.
The Training Framework
- Technical Precision: We break down the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) to maximize efficiency. If your stroke isn't efficient, you are wasting energy.
- Race Strategy: We train on FINA-standard blocks, focusing on start, turn, and finish techniques. A race can be won or lost in the transition, so we drill these movements until they are automatic.
- Conditioning: Swimming is as much mental as it is physical. Our squads include dry-land warm-up routines and endurance laps in the 50m Olympic-size pool to build the stamina required for high-level events.
- Squad Environment: You train alongside peers with similar goals. This environment creates a culture of performance where everyone pushes each other to get faster.
Why Train With Me?
I have raced at the World Life Saving Championship and trained under the best. I bring that same discipline to Betahalasuru. If you are serious about winning, ready to wake up early, and committed to doing the work, my squad is where you belong. We are not just swimming; we are preparing for the next level of human power. 🐬🇮🇳
