Build the stamina to outlast the competition. We train for real-match intensity, rain or shine, right here in Kopar Khairane.

Rain or shine, the training does not stop. Here, my players are doing endurance running drills on a wet field. This builds not just physical stamina but also mental toughness.

Agility and footwork are crucial for any cricketer. We use hurdles and other equipment to improve speed, coordination, and explosive power. I am always there to guide them on the correct technique.

These agility and plyometric drills are designed to build explosive strength. The players are working on their vertical jumps, which translates to power in both bowling and batting.

A proper warm-up is essential before any session. Here, the team is going through their pre-practice routine on the field, getting their bodies ready for the hard work ahead.

We also focus on recovery and mental peace. A group of players is seen here doing yoga and meditation on the field. A calm mind is a powerful weapon in cricket.

About The Grind: Endurance & Fitness

Most players focus only on batting or bowling, but the real test is standing in the field when you are exhausted in the final overs. My endurance program uses specific 10m to 30m sprint bursts and high-frequency ladder drills on natural turf to build that extra gear. If your mind is sharp, your body must be able to keep up.
