Matches are won by the team that stays sharp for every over. Our fitness and fielding program focuses on the agility, stamina, and reactions required to perform on the field.

A quick look at our all-weather training. From indoor nets to outdoor fitness and running drills, our players are always working to get better.

Running and agility drills are a fundamental part of our fitness program. Quick feet and fast sprints are essential for running between the wickets and cutting off runs in the field.

Sprints and running drills on the outdoor ground. We build the stamina that allows our players to perform at their peak throughout a long match.

About The Grind: Fitness & Fielding Drills

We do not train on polished gym floors. Our fitness sessions happen right here on the ground, rain or shine. You will deal with uneven surfaces and unpredictable bounces, which is exactly how a real match tests your movement. It is not about looking good while lifting weights. It is about building the specific endurance required to sprint, dive, and stay alert until the final ball of the day.
