About The Grind: Training & Fitness Drills

You will often hear me say, 'Fitness must,' because raw talent needs a strong engine to perform. Whether it is resistance parachute sprints to boost your acceleration between the wickets or using cone markers for precise spot bowling, we train with a purpose. Every sweat drop in these nets is calculated to help you handle real match pressure, not just look good on the field.
