I teach your dog to alert, defend, and protect. No hitting, no shouting. Just clear, command-based training that makes your home safer and your dog a confident guardian.

This is protection training in action. I teach dogs like this Malinois to defend their owner if someone tries to attack them. The dog learns to stay focused and react only when a real threat is present.

A trained dog knows when to be calm and when to protect. In this challenge, my Malinois stays calm when I'm not threatened, but instantly goes into protection mode to defend me from an attack, even in a moving jeep.

This is the first step in protection training with a long-coat German Shepherd. The dog is learning to recognize a threat and position itself to guard its owner, showing focus and control.

Here, a Rottweiler is learning to guard its owner. When a stranger approaches aggressively, the dog reacts to protect them. This training builds a strong, controlled defensive drive.

This Rottweiler's owner wanted a dog that was more protective. After my training, the dog is now confident and guards its owner effectively, showing that even silent dogs can be taught to be excellent protectors.

This is bite work practice with a Belgian Malinois. The dog is learning to bite and hold a protective sleeve on command, a key skill in advanced protection sports and personal security training.

To test a dog's courage, I sometimes use unusual scenarios. Here, a Rottweiler confronts a person in a scary costume and doesn't back down, showing its solid guarding temperament.

This video shows how I teach a dog to attack on command if someone comes to harm me. This is advanced protection training for a Malinois crossbreed, focusing on control and effectiveness.

About Home Protection & Guard Dog Training

Most people think protection training means making a dog angry, but that is wrong. I teach them to be calm until there is an actual threat. Whether it is a Belgian Malinois or a Rottweiler, I focus on the off-switch—the ability to bite or hold on command and release instantly when you say so. This ensures your dog is a reliable guardian, not a liability.

I treat protection training as a serious responsibility. It is not just about making a dog bark; it is about complete control. My 4-week residential course is designed to build confidence in breeds like German Shepherds, Malinois, and Rottweilers, ensuring they stay sharp but obedient.

We work on alert barking—teaching your dog to distinguish between a regular visitor and a genuine threat. We also practice handler protection, where the dog learns to position itself between you and an intruder. Crucially, I include food refusal training, often called poison proofing, to keep your dog safe from strangers offering food.

All this is done through positive reinforcement and desensitization to noise and pressure, ensuring your dog stays focused even in chaotic situations. You get 100% results because I also conduct mandatory handover sessions to teach you the specific hand signals and voice commands. Your dog will respect your authority first, and that is the true foundation of a real guard dog.
