About Advanced Obedience & Fun Tricks
Getting your dog to 'Namaste' or ride a skateboard is not just about fun; it is about building a language between you two. My advanced training focuses on off-leash control using only hand signals and voice commands. The best part is that I do not just train your dog and return them; you get 2-3 mandatory handover sessions where I teach you exactly how to give those commands, ensuring your dog listens to you at home, not just to me.
Beyond the Basics
Many owners believe training ends at basic obedience, but there is a whole new level of mental agility your dog can reach. Whether you want your dog to solve simple math problems by barking or perform functional tasks like carrying a basket, the process is the same: consistency and clear communication.
I run an ISO certified academy, and my approach is simple. I do not use treats or force (no 'hodiyodu badiyodu'). Instead, I adapt to your dog’s specific style.
What the 30-Day Course Includes:
- Complex Trick Training: We cover 5-7 advanced tricks like 'Namaste' (on hind legs), 'Spin/Roll Over', 'Play Dead', and 'Smile'.
- Functional Intelligence: I teach dogs to retrieve specific items like newspapers or keys and hold objects like baskets, making them helpful companions around the house.
- Scent Detection: We incorporate games where your dog identifies objects by scent, which is fantastic for burning mental energy.
- Distance Control: You will learn to execute 'Sit', 'Down', and 'Stay' commands from 10-20 feet away using only your voice or a hand signal.
Residential Board and Train
These courses are part of a 30-day residential program in Haveri. Your dog stays in individual kennels with access to artificial turf training grounds. We provide a nutritious standard diet, though you are welcome to send specific supplements. Throughout the month, I send you regular video clips so you can watch your dog’s progress in real-time.
