This is the engine room of athletic performance. My programs are built on mastering major compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and cleans to build the raw, functional strength that translates directly into more powerful movements in your sport.

Explosive Speed & Agility

Strength is useless if you can't apply it quickly. I use a variety of plyometrics, hurdle drills, and agility work to sharpen your reaction time, improve your footwork, and increase your explosive first-step quickness.

Functional Strength & Body Control

True athletic ability comes from owning your body in space. We focus on unilateral (single-arm, single-leg) exercises to eliminate weaknesses, and bodyweight movements like pull-ups and L-sits to build superior core strength and control.
