Self-Enquiry Workshops for Communities
We bring the teachings of Ramana Maharshi beyond our centre. Let us facilitate a session in your school, office, or community space.
This video shows our RMCL team conducting a self-enquiry introductory workshop for teachers. These outreach programs are an important part of our mission to make the teachings of Ramana Maharshi accessible to all sections of society.
About Community & Outreach Programs
These outreach sessions bring the practice of 'Atma Vichara' (self-enquiry) directly into your school or community space. We facilitate guided meditation and discussion to help participants find clarity and calm amidst the noise of daily professional life, removing the need for you to travel to our centre.
Whether you represent a school in Palace Guttahalli or a professional group, our goal is to make the philosophy of Ramana Maharshi accessible. We recently conducted an introductory workshop at KECS school, where we guided teachers through sensory awareness exercises and self-inquiry methods. These sessions are designed to be practical, not academic. We help you explore the fundamental question 'Who am I?' through simple techniques that fit into a standard meeting or classroom schedule. You do not need any prior knowledge of philosophy to participate. Our team handles the logistics, bringing the necessary study materials and meditative structure to your venue. The objective is to provide a space for individuals to observe their own minds and reduce mental clutter. Please reach out if you would like to discuss how we can adapt these workshops for your specific group size and environment.
