About Dance Workshops & Educational Programs
Why I Dance
Dance is my way to chase light, just like Aghor means - pure light, no shadows. Every class is a bit of creation and letting go, a bit like Shiva’s Tandav - sometimes wild, sometimes deep.
What We Do at Trikayaa
At Trikayaa, I blend martial dances, classic styles, and modern moves. My approach follows the guru-shishya tradition (teacher-student bond), but it’s not all serious - we have fun, stay disciplined, and treat every session as a chance to grow as performers, not just dancers.
What You’ll Find Here
- Programs for all ages and backgrounds, from kids to adults, total newbies to those wanting to go pro.
- Regular classes in Mayurbhanj Chhau (my personal favorite - an Indian martial dance class), Bharatanatyam (Kalakshetra style), Jazz, Contemporary, and Bollywood-inspired sessions.
- Intensive courses with exams, certifications, and real stage opportunities, including for those wanting holistic dance training programs.
- School and college workshops, plus international cultural exchanges - I love bringing Indian dance to new places.
How We Learn
It’s not just about steps. My classes dive into theory, practicals, body strength, and even things like costume and makeup. Students get to perform at real venues (Kamani Auditorium, for example). You’ll learn from me, Priya Srinivasan (for Bharatanatyam), and a team that’s as passionate about dance as you are.
Classes are in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, plus options for Delhi, Noida, Vasundhara, and online.

My Story
We are dancers, but really, we’re storytellers – sharing our culture’s spirit, not just steps. Winning the Bismillah Khan award pushed us to do more. Trikayaa Dance Foundation is our way to keep ancient art alive. Dance means more than movement, it’s a spiritual thing, like the aghoris say: aghor do shabdon se bana hai, 'a' aur 'ghor', matlab andhere ke bina (made of two words, meaning ‘without darkness’). We put this warrior energy into our Mayurbhanj Chhau. Seeing kids and women perform this, wow, that’s pride. Our work is all about keeping our virasat (heritage) moving forward.
