For me, dance is not just performance, it is a spiritual practice. Whether in my studio or amidst ancient stone architecture, I find a meditative connection in every move.

The Nataraja idol is the symbol of dance, and having it in my studio gives life to the space. Here I am during the installation puja, a dream come true for any dancer.

The power of faith and the practice of art bring peace to the soul. A moment of dance and devotion at the historic Lepakshi Temple.

A dance pose inside the ancient Ellora Caves. Wherever I go, I feel the urge to dance, especially in places with such powerful spiritual energy.

Striking a classical pose on the steps of a temple, connecting with the centuries of art and history carved into the stone.

The Nataraja idol adorned with flowers for our studio's grand opening puja. This represents the divine presence in our art form.

The form, the formless, and the formless form. A beautiful Nataraja sculpture that inspires my dance every day.

An incredible sculpture of a deity carved into the rock of a temple cave, a timeless depiction of divine power and art.

A close-up of a dancing Shiva sculpture, a source of endless inspiration for my own movements and choreography.

A beautiful moment of shared dance and devotion with a fellow artist at the Lepakshi temple.

My dance amidst the stone structures and open sky at Lepakshi creates a unique blend of art and culture that fills me with joy.

About Dance & Spirituality

My studio environment reflects this spiritual core, anchored by the Nataraja idol that greets every student. If you are looking for a practice that builds both physical flexibility and mental grounding, we incorporate yoga-based warmups that prepare your body and mind for the dance session ahead.
