About The R1 Community: Our Students
We don’t just teach choreography; we start from zero, focusing on 'basic by basic' training so that even if you’ve never moved to a beat, you won’t feel left behind. My studio is a judgment-free space where we sweat, laugh, and film group videos at the end of every routine, so you leave with tangible proof of your progress.
Building the R1 Family in Yelahanka
When I started the R1 Dance and Yoga Studio, my goal wasn't just to build a dance school. I wanted to build a tribe. This space in Yelahanka is home to students from all walks of life—from kids discovering their rhythm to adults looking to escape the stress of a long workday. We believe that dance is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or body type.

- Performance Focus: We don't keep the dance inside the studio. We use professional ring lights, overhead tracks, and group video shoots to give every batch a chance to shine and celebrate their hard work together.
