This render shows our competition proposal for a post-pandemic international headquarters. The design features a transparent, breathing facade with extensive vertical gardens and deep balconies, creating a healthy, biophilic office environment that connects employees with nature.12
For this executive floor, we designed a central green courtyard under a large skylight. This biophilic design feature brings sunlight and nature into the heart of the office, providing a calm, refreshing space for informal conversations or quiet relaxation.
We call this project the 'Terrace Office' for its stunning panoramic views and connection to the outdoors. The director's cabin is a glass box with a vaulted wooden ceiling and its own skylight, offering a sense of openness and an abundance of natural light.
