We have been serving Old Delhi-style catering since 2001, and our approach is simple because we focus on the food first. Whether you are hosting a small house party, a college farewell, or an office get-together, we bring the authentic wedding kitchen experience to your location.
Why our catering is different
My son Zuheb and I personally oversee every order, from the roasting of our handmade masalas to the final delivery at your doorstep. We do not use shortcuts or generic premixed spices. Our Chicken Korma is cooked with the specific 'danedar' (grainy) texture that defines our heritage, and our Biryani uses long-grain Sella rice for that classic aroma.
Practical, stress-free delivery
We believe catering should make your life easier, not more complicated. That is why we deliver in bulk steel containers, not small plastic boxes. This keeps the gravy rich and the meat tender for longer. It is the same way we would serve at a large wedding reception, just scaled down to fit your gathering.
Customization for every guest
While our Chicken and Biryani combo is the most requested, we are flexible. If you need a mix of veg and non-veg, or have a specific requirement like butter chicken or mutton stew, just tell us. Our vegetarian dishes, including Dal Makhni and Shahi Paneer, are prepared separately and cooked in pure Desi Ghee to ensure every guest is satisfied.
