About Additional Work
When you order our party combo, we do not just drop off food. My son Zuheb and I make sure it reaches you in heavy steel deghs, which keeps the heat and the authentic Old Delhi masala profile intact until the moment you open the lid. It is not about fancy plating here, it is about ensuring the food arrives hot, fresh, and in enough quantity that everyone leaves with a full stomach.
We believe catering is about trust and tradition. Whether you are hosting a small house gathering or a larger family function, the process remains the same because that is how we have worked since 2001. We use our own hand-ground masalas for our Chicken Korma and Biryani, never relying on store-bought shortcuts.
How We Deliver
Our delivery is straightforward. Food arrives in transport-grade containers, ready for you to serve. Because we focus on bulk catering across Delhi NCR, we have streamlined our logistics to ensure you do not have to worry about delays. If you need a customized menu, such as our Desi Ghee Dal Makhni or Shahi Paneer, just tell us in advance so we can prepare it with the same care as our non-veg dishes.
