For this 'Chandni Raatein' or 'Moonlit Nights' theme, I used a deep royal blue for the drapery. The space is filled with statues of deer amidst a field of white lilies, all under the glow of crystal chandeliers, creating a serene and mystical forest scene.

When we build these forests, we use 4,000+ floral stems and hundreds of LED candles to completely mask the venue, ensuring the transition from a standard lawn or hall to an immersive garden is seamless. It is not just about placing props, but carefully layering lighting and flora so that every corner feels rich, avoiding the hollow look often seen in temporary decor.
The Art of Immersive Worlds
For us, the 'Enchanted' theme is not just about throwing up a few vines and flowers. It is about total environmental control. Whether we are creating a 'Chandni Raatein' moonlit night or an 'Enchanted Blue' garden, we treat the venue like a blank canvas. Our process begins with 3D models to ensure the scale of our sets feels right for your guest count, and we use high-gsm drapes and custom-dyed fabrics to shift the color palette entirely.
The Science of Atmosphere
- Floral Density: We do not work with sparse arrangements. We pack 4,000 to 5,000 stems mixed with foliage to ensure there are no visible gaps. From ceiling-hung lilies to high-volume floral walls, the greenery creates a sense of seclusion.
- The Candle Effect: We use hundreds of LED candles to replicate the warmth of real fire without the risk. By placing these at varying heights and densities, we guide the guest's eye and create those dramatic, moody pockets of light that define a mystical night.
- Technical Lighting: It is not enough to just light up the room. We use pin-spots to highlight specific floral installations and intelligent lighting to shift the mood from day to night. If we are doing a night event, we use silent Gen-set backups to keep the ambiance constant and flawless.

Clients often ask if we can work with existing venue constraints. The answer is yes. By using heavy drapery and structural set pieces, we mask unappealing walls or pillars, effectively hiding the real world outside so your guests only see the forest we have created for you.
