Immersive World-Building Event Designs
I transform empty venues into complete, alternate realities. Whether it is a bustling London street or a magical Arabian souk, I build immersive environments that make your guests forget where they really are.
I recreated an entire London street for this reception. The set includes detailed building facades, classic red brickwork, glowing street lamps, and even a red postbox to completely immerse guests in the city's atmosphere.
A replica of the iconic Harrods department store, complete with its signature lights and awnings. This structure was a central feature of my London-themed event, adding a touch of luxury and recognition.
A wide shot of the 60-foot Big Ben replica I constructed for an event in Delhi. The towering structure, complete with a functional clock face, was visible for miles and served as a spectacular entrance piece.
A detailed shot of the Big Ben replica, showcasing the intricate architectural work and the vibrant red flowers adorning the balconies of the adjoining structures, blending London's grandeur with celebratory flair.
A view of the Buckingham Palace replica from the recreated streets of London. The warm lighting on the palace facade creates a sense of depth and realism, making guests feel like they are truly there.
Cherubic statues and ornate street lamps frame the view of the Buckingham Palace set. These details were crucial in building an authentic and romanticized vision of London for a royal-themed affair.
A view down the recreated London street, showing the detailed red brick buildings with flower-filled window boxes. The perspective gives a sense of being in a real, bustling European city.

This behind-the-scenes video shows the transformation from initial sketches and construction to the final, breathtaking London-themed reception. It offers a glimpse into the creative energy and technical expertise required for such a massive undertaking.
About Immersive World-Building
Building an immersive world involves a shift from simple decoration to actual architecture. We do not just place props in a venue. We construct 30-foot facades, recreate streetscapes with detailed brickwork, and use 3D physical scale modeling to ensure the environment is structurally sound before we ever touch the site. Whether you want a London street or an Arabian souk, the process requires weeks of pre-production to ensure the dimensions and perspectives are correct.
When we take on an immersive project, we treat the venue as a blank canvas to be entirely reshaped. This is not about adding flowers to a room. This is about changing the geometry of the space.
The Process
Every project starts with a sketch and a 3D scale model. This allows us to map the flow of the venue and see exactly where structures like a Big Ben replica or a palace archway will sit. We build these structures using plywood and CNC-cut details to mimic stone, marble, or brick. It creates a weight and realism that standard backdrops cannot achieve.
Total Venue Transformation
To pull off these themes, we use 360-degree venue masking. We cover original walls and ceilings with custom fabrics or structures to remove the existing venue from the guest's view. This is how we turn a farmhouse in Delhi into a market street in London or a desert souk. We use specific lighting setups, like ambient par cans and pin-spots, to create depth and shadow that make the constructed scenes feel lived-in rather than temporary.
Technical Expertise
These builds require serious manpower. We deploy a team of carpenters, painters, and riggers on-site for 48 to 72 hours. We handle everything from the silent generators needed to power the lighting loads to the custom-dyed fabrics that match specific color palettes. If the theme requires it, we incorporate projection mapping, moving parts, or even costumed actors to complete the experience. The goal is to create a space that feels like it has been there for years, not hours.
