The entrance to our "Baby in Bloom" enchanted garden baby shower. A beautiful white pergola was draped in soft fabric and adorned with a lush arch of pink and white roses, setting a dreamy tone from the start.
The main stage for the "Baby in Bloom" shower featured a whimsical woodland scene. We used cutouts of adorable forest creatures, oversized mushrooms, and beautiful cherry blossom arrangements against a backdrop of pastel-colored panels.

The guest seating area was designed to complement the enchanted garden theme. Tables were dressed in soft green linens, with simple centerpieces that allowed the grand stage and ceiling decor to be the main focus.

The pathway leading to the main event area was designed as an enchanted forest walk. Lined with faux greenery, oversized paper flowers, and tree stump accents, it created an immersive experience for guests.

That dreamy, glowing look isn’t just about putting up a few props. It comes from layering architectural lighting with fabric drapes, which transforms a standard banquet hall into an immersive space. I spend hours balancing the warm fairy lights against the floral color palette so the room feels cozy rather than cluttered.
Bringing Fairytales to Life
When I work on these themes, my goal is to make the space feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different environment. Planning an enchanted theme in a place like Delhi NCR requires coordinating with the venue months in advance, especially when we are bringing in large props or hanging heavy installations from the ceiling. I manage the vendor coordination, the logistics of transport, and the on-site safety checks so that when your guests walk in, they only see the magic, not the chaos it took to get there.
