I am the coach who mops her own gym floor. Seriously. If you are looking for someone who pretends to be a polished fitness influencer, I am not your person. I am here because I believe that fitness is simply another part of your day, just like cooking, dancing, or traveling. Whether it is finding time for a run club on a Sunday or figuring out how to stay active on a holiday, I am here to show you that moving your body can actually be fun.
Fitness does not have to be a drag. You do not need to be perfect, and you definitely do not need to be miserable. I spend my days helping people get strong, but my own life involves everything from brand shoots to post-hangover mobility sessions. I am not here to sell you a quick body transformation. I am here to help you integrate strength into your actual, messy, busy life.
Sometimes that means training while I travel to see how other gyms operate. Other times, it means going to a mixer, doing a run, and having a good time instead of stressing about calorie counts. We look at the big picture: nutrition that includes food you actually like, recovery that does not feel like a chore, and mindset shifts that keep you showing up long-term.
If you are in Bengaluru and want a coach who understands that you have a life outside of training, we will get along just fine. Let us stop overcomplicating things. Focus on the basics, keep your steps up, and let us get you feeling capable, not just fit.
