Proud Prayagites: Celebrating Our Student Achievers
Achievement at Prayag is not just about trophies or titles. It is the result of allowing children to pursue their natural curiosities until they find their rhythm.
We are so proud of Aarna N, who holds records in both the Indian and Asia Book of Records for being the youngest to solve 53 types of Rubik's Cubes.
Aarna concentrating on solving a complex Rubik's Cube. Her focus and determination are an inspiration to us all.
The smile of accomplishment! Aarna's journey showcases how we encourage children to pursue their passions.
Meet Samvidh M.V., another record holder from our school. He earned a place in the India Book of Records for his incredible ability to name 109 dinosaurs.
A truly proud moment for our community. We congratulate our alumnus, Aayush Saiprasad, on his graduation from the National Defence Academy (NDA).
About this collection
When you see students like Aarna mastering complex puzzles or Samvidh memorizing extensive dinosaur facts, it is not because we forced them to study. It is because our prepared environment gives them the space to follow their intense, natural interests until they reach a deep level of concentration. This is the flow state we nurture daily, and these records are simply the byproduct of a child who has learned how to teach themselves.
Beyond the Records
While we are incredibly proud of our students who set records in the India Book of Records or graduate to prestigious institutions like the NDA, these milestones are not the primary goal of our curriculum. At Prayag Montessori, we view education as a journey of building independence. Whether a child is in our preschool programs in JP Nagar, Jayanagar, or Padmanabhanagar, or progressing through our CBSE-integrated primary years, our focus remains the same: the whole child.
The Montessori Advantage
Our approach is grounded in observation. We do not rush children through a rigid syllabus. Instead, we use specific apparatus like Decanomial Squares and Sandpaper Letters that allow students to move from concrete exploration to abstract thinking. When a child is allowed to work on their own timeline, they don't just learn concepts; they develop a deep-seated confidence that stays with them long after they leave our classrooms.
Preparing for Life
We see the transition from our Montessori primary years to middle school as a natural evolution. By the time students reach their older years, they have already developed the critical thinking skills needed for the CBSE board requirements. They are used to managing their own time, collaborating with peers during theatre or sports, and taking ownership of their learning. Whether it is a primary student solving a Rubik's cube or an alumnus pursuing a career in the Air Force, the common thread is a foundation built on self-discipline and an authentic love for discovery.
Prayag Montessori
We are Team Prayag, and seeing our students shine is truly why we do this. We don’t chase results, but we love watching our children's natural passions lead them to extraordinary milestones.
