I take the practice of Dhyana, or meditation, beyond the mat. Finding stillness in nature helps to deepen focus and connect with the present moment, a skill that is crucial for achieving any difficult goal.

The benefits of a calm mind are accessible to everyone. I work with clients of all ages, including senior citizens, to introduce simple and effective meditation techniques that reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
