You are seeing the prep work here, not just the highlight reel. Breaking down complex movement patterns for my sessions takes a surprising amount of testing. I do not believe in just doing the reps. I believe in understanding the biomechanics of every single movement, whether it is a lunge or a heavy lift, to make sure you stay injury-free and effective.

Fitness social media is saturated with perfect form and unrealistic transformations. This collection is my way of showing the reality. You will see the process of how I craft my mobility drills, why I use specific angles to demonstrate joint positioning, and a bit of what a real session looks like.

Whether I am working with a client on their squat mechanics or filming a mobility breakdown, the goal is the same: clarity. I want you to understand why your knee hurts or why your back is stiff, rather than just throwing random exercises at you.
