Forget the 'no pain, no gain' nonsense. I break down fitness myths and fix your form so you can move well without getting hurt.

Let's bust some more myths. Pushing through sharp pain is not a badge of honor, and sweating more doesn't mean you're burning more fat. I'm here to separate the facts from the fiction.

Let's clear up some confusion. There's a lot of misinformation out there, and my job is to give you the facts. This is a quick breakdown of common fitness myths I hear, from women getting "bulky" to the truth about carbs.

I see the same workout mistakes over and over. In this video, I cover the top three: comparing yourself to others, ego lifting with bad form, and a lack of consistency. Avoiding these is key to long-term success.

Form is everything, especially in bodyweight training like calisthenics. This video shows the difference between a sloppy push-up and a controlled one. Mastering the basics is the only way to progress safely.

Weights are not just for lifting. You can use them to deepen your stretches, a technique called progressive loading. This helps increase both flexibility and strength in your end range of motion.

Details matter. Understanding the small differences between exercises like a Deadlift and a Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is key to targeting the right muscles and avoiding injury. My focus is on teaching you how to move with precision.

Are your mountain climbers just a jumbled mess? Here’s a quick fix. By focusing on your gaze and hand position, you can keep your shoulders stable and hips down, turning it into a real core conditioning exercise.

About this collection

Most people hurt themselves because they chase intensity over technique. Take a movement like mountain climbers or a Romanian Deadlift—if you aren't engaging the right muscles, you are just putting stress on your joints. I show you the exact adjustments, like where to look, how to stack your shoulders, and when to slow down, that turn a potentially dangerous movement into a safe and effective one.

The fitness industry is filled with bad advice that sounds good on social media but hurts your body in the long run. My approach strips away the noise.

Why Myths Keep You Stuck

We have all heard the sayings: 'sweat more to burn more fat' or 'carbs are the enemy.' These are distractions. Sweating is just your body regulating temperature, and carbs are your primary energy source. When you focus on these myths, you miss the fundamentals. My training focuses on the 'why' behind your discomfort. If you are struggling with belly fat, crunches are not the answer; a consistent, balanced routine is.

Form Over Ego

I see it constantly in the gym: people loading up heavy plates with terrible form just to keep up with the person next to them. This is what I call ego lifting, and it is the fastest route to an injury. Whether you are doing calisthenics or lifting kettlebells, mastery of the movement comes first. I teach you how to properly execute lifts, how to use progressive loading to deepen your stretches, and how to identify your own compensation patterns.

The Path Forward

Real progress is boring. It is the unglamorous stuff—mobility drills, barefoot training, and consistent daily movement—that actually changes your body. My goal is to get you moving freely, without knee pain or back stiffness, so you can climb stairs and live your life without fear. If you want to train for performance or just need to fix your posture after a long week of desk work, we will build a plan that is effective and sustainable.
