During these shoots, my primary job isn't just taking photos—it's being the ultimate handler. I'll be on the floor, making ridiculous noises or tossing treats, to get that mid-air splash or playful grin. You don't need a trained dog or a fancy background; just bring their favorite toy, pick a spot where they feel like the king or queen of the world, and let me handle the chaos.
The 'No-Pose' Philosophy
I’ve spent over a decade learning that the best photos don't come from a 'sit-stay' command. They come from the moments in between. Whether we are at a local Bengaluru park, your own backyard, or a nearby swimming pool, my goal is to document your pet’s personality in its natural habitat.
What Happens on the Day
- We Keep It Moving: If your dog is a swimmer, we catch the splash. If they're a runner, we track the zoomies. I adapt my gear and technique to their energy level, not the other way around.
- Zero Pressure: I don't force engagement. If a dog needs a break to sniff a tree or just flop down for a nap, we take it. That’s when the most honest, candid expressions happen.
- Family Inclusion: These sessions aren't just for the pets. I love including the human family members. The bond between a person and their dog—the shared smiles, the grooming, the quiet cuddle—is the story I'm really trying to tell.
