Floral Preservation: Custom Wedding Keepsakes in Resin
Don't let your wedding memories fade. I professionally preserve fresh flowers, varmalas, and wedding tokens, freezing them into timeless, custom resin art pieces.
Preserving varmala flowers in resin is a timeless way to capture wedding memories. Here, I'm creating a custom set of initials for a beautiful bride getting married this year.
Where art meets the promise of forever. This video shows the process of creating a custom wedding ring platter, using hand casts and preserved flowers to make a little piece of art for a lifetime of memories.
A journey of love and creativity. This was my very first handcrafted bridal box wedding invitation, a cherished keepsake designed with the bride herself to capture the beginning of her joyous journey.
I believe every love story deserves a unique celebration. This video shows the process of creating a custom wedding invitation vase, from the initial concept call to the final stunning design.
These wedding invitations were a labor of love. Inspired by a resin vase, I created miniature versions for the invites, featuring real flowers and embellishments that resonate with the couple's story.
A client commissioned 350 of these pop-art-inspired wedding favors. Each piece was designed to feel weightless and included a heartfelt message, capturing the magic of the couple's love story.
I'm often asked about the wedding contract I did. After many samples, we landed on this vibrant pop art piece that incorporates elements symbolizing the couple's bond, like puzzle pieces and hot sauce minis.
Crafted with love, a resin platter divine. This engagement platter, with its purple hues and floral elements, symbolizes a union and a future that will shine.
Can you guess the weight of this piece? This is a floral casting preserving a client's graduation flowers, a heavy and beautiful block of memories.
A look at some of the many floral preservation pieces that never made it to my Instagram feed. My camera roll is full of these beautiful, half-finished experiments and custom orders.
About Preserving Your Moments: Floral & Wedding Keepsakes
I don't just pour resin over fresh flowers. Every piece starts with a 7-14 day dehydration process using silica sand to lock in the original color and shape of your blooms before I ever start the casting. It is a slow, patient process, but it is the only way to ensure your memories don't brown or wilt inside the block over time.
When you send me your wedding varmala or bouquet, I know it is more than just decor. It is a piece of the day you promised forever. That is why I treat every petal with care. My process is entirely focused on clarity and durability—using high-viscosity, UV-resistant epoxy that won't yellow.
Why Preservation Matters
Fresh flowers have moisture. If you pour resin directly onto them, they rot. My studio setup allows me to properly dry your flowers first, preserving the vibrancy of your wedding day. Whether it's a hexagon block for your coffee table or a functional ring platter for your dresser, I build these to be handled and lived with.
What We Can Create
- Wedding Ring Platters: Your rings resting on crystals and preserved petals.
- Varmala Keepsakes: Preserving the actual garlands from your ceremony in 2-3 inch thick resin blocks.
- Bridal Invitation Boxes: Framing your wedding invites with matching dried florals.
- Custom Initials: Resin letters filled with flowers from your big day.
Everything is custom. We discuss the layout, the color palette, and the vibe before I mix a single drop of resin. I want your piece to tell your story, not look like a generic item off a shelf. Let's chat about what you have, and we can figure out the best way to keep it safe for years to come.
