About Preserving Your Wedding Varmala Forever
The most important part of my process happens before any resin is poured. It takes 7 to 14 days to carefully dehydrate your flowers using silica sand. This drying phase is non-negotiable—it is how we ensure your varmala retains its structure and color, so it looks just as beautiful inside the block as it did on your wedding day.
How We Preserve Your Memories
When you send your varmala to my studio in Delhi, it becomes my responsibility to treat those flowers with the same care you felt on your wedding day.
- Dehydration: I use silica sand to gently remove moisture from your flowers. This preserves the shape and color of every petal.
- Design: We chat about your vision. Do you want the flowers floating, or tightly packed? Should I add your wedding date or a photo?
- Casting: I pour layers of high-gloss, non-yellowing epoxy resin. This step requires patience—each layer needs time to cure to prevent air bubbles.
- Finishing: I hand-sand every edge for a glass-like finish.
Why Handmade Means 'Imperfection'
Everything I create is made by my own hands, not machines. You might notice a tiny bubble or a slight bump in the texture. That is not a defect; it is the mark of a human touch. It is the chaos and the love from my studio, captured in a block for you. If you are looking for mass-produced, identical items, my style might not be what you want. But if you want a piece that feels real and holds your story, you are in the right place.
